At Mrssunshine Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Customized, made-to-order, or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Products marked as sale or final sale

• Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos/videos of the item along with your order number.

• After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

4. How to Request a Return

• Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if required.

• Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

• Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation.

• The opening/unboxing video of the product must be recorded clearly, without blur, cuts, or edits. The video should start before opening the package and must clearly show the product condition. Return or replacement requests without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service. Mrssunshine Jewellery is not responsible for items lost during transit.

6. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• After this period, orders may already be processed or dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
